This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. The South Fayetteville district is a booming area with new construction, renovation, and community that is close to all things Fayetteville. Just a couple of miles from I-49 and 1 mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville, onsite parking is available, with street parking also an option. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. If any items are left at the property, they will be shipped if you pay shipping and handling. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed on the furniture including the beds at night and must be kept in the mudroom (laundry room) if not attended. This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. There is an air mattress available for your use along with extra bedding in the closet off the game room upstairs. There is a gas grill available for your use and grilling tools and utensils can be found in the laundry room to the left of the washer/dryer. Trash day is Thursday morning, so if you're staying on a Wednesday night, please take it to the curb with the recycling. There are 2 Nintendos upstairs available for your use.
