This spacious apartment is completely refurbished with ceramic marble Italian flooring, including the balcony. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and walk-in/built-in closet/drawers and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The living room includes a sofa. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, a dishwasher and dish soap. A coffee machine, tea, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and vacuum are all available. Also provided are pool/beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot can be provided upon request prior to arrival. Access to the building's amenities includes the largest residential pool in Florida, a business center, spa, jacuzzis, and a gym where yoga classes are also provided. W Residences is centrally located in the Miami business district overlooking Miami Bay, close to Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Miami Art Design District. The neighborhood is occupied by fine-dining restaurants, nightlife venues, local coffee shops, organic grocery stores, and street family organic markets on weekends. Management asks that guests collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment by using the trash chute located on every floor for everyday household trash, ensuring that the trash bags are properly sealed. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code, such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the apartment at any time. Access to amenities is free, but a reservation is required to be made at the ground floor of the building before retrieving guest amenity passes before heading to the pool or the gym. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in.
