Bayside Marketplace is a must-visit destination situated right on the waterfront, featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment options. To maintain the property in excellent condition, a $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
