Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, and popular attractions like Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Bayside Marketplace. Enjoy easy access to Miami Circle Park and the Everglades for a perfect blend of city life and nature. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
