Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only. Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to façade repairs, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated.
