This spacious 1,347 sq ft apartment features a king-size bed and two twin beds, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment offers resort-style amenities, including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. Enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine, as well as access to a eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and a cold plunge. The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet without in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for well-behaved dogs and cats, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, and Miami Circle Park. The Everglades are a 40-minute drive away, making this apartment ideally situated for exploring Miami's top attractions. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
