True to its name, Junction is named after the historic intersection of Alaska Street and California Avenue, which is home to the All Way Walk signal, the only intersection in Seattle where pedestrians can walk in every direction across the street. Junction is also known as West Seattle’s downtown district. This eclectic neighborhood is filled with art galleries, coffee shops, quirky shops, and longstanding establishments like the Husky Deli, which has been selling groceries and ice cream since the 1930s.
As the heart of West Seattle, Junction hosts most of the area’s special events including art walks, outdoor movie nights, and seasonal festivals like Summer Fest, a three-day street festival. Along with plenty of amenities and events, residents appreciate living near several excellent parks and beaches like Alki Beach Park and Me-Kwa-Mooks Park, which overlooks the Puget Sound.

Property Ratings at 4730 California
The building is not to big, therefore it feels like living in a boutique concept place. Neighbors are very friendly and polite. We all know each other and gather frequently. For single people, this is the right place where to live. Location is exceptional, wonderful and friendly management. Apartments facing the street are the best ones.

Recently moved in and IN LOVE with our new home. The management team worked overtime to help us get moved in quickly and most of our worries were non-issues thanks to their help. The level of customer service is as good as it gets. The building is in the perfect location to experience this very special neighborhood in Seattle. Our room is well thought out, space was maximized to feel bigger than it it, hugeeee bathroom, lots or room to cook... I could go on and on. Again, everything has exceded my expectations. On top of all that, the building is filled with incredibly nice neighbors. Everyone is welcoming and talks to one another. They even throw parties and play sports together! There is so much more I could say but I feel like I've already written an essay. If you are looking to be a part of a vibrant community and you enjoy being social with your neighbors, I highly suggest you check out 4730 California. P.s. the rooftop view will knock your socks off

This is truly the best apartment I've lived in. Our unit has plenty of space and is light and airy. The location is great off, we walk almost everywhere which is saying a lot, we moved from California where we rely on our cars, but we got rid of them when we moved and we don't miss them. The staff is really great too, they make a big effort to bring everyone together, which we really appreciate since we didn't know anyone when we first moved. After living there a few months, we have a lot of friends and I don't know if that would have happened anywhere else. Needless to say, I would recommend it to anyone that asked.

This apartment complex is wonderful, the leasing staff is incredible and attentive. The gym is small but new. The apartment is modern, has a lot of light, and has incredible views. The location is great, in the junction around everything.Parking is hassle, but it seems to be like that everywhere in west Seattle. The best part about the apartment complex is the view from the rooftop deck, it gives you a view of Mount Rainier, the Puget sound and downtown Seattle, as well as all of West Seattle.
