Do not move here

Do not move here, when Greystar purchased this complex the care to residents went out the window. There are many hidden fees including many fees that they will admit were accidental after you have to fight to get them removed. There is constant flooding, anyone who lives or works there can tell you about it. They will not want to pay to move you or sanitize after extreme flooding. Utility fees are split among the whole building so you’ll pay hundreds more than a normal apartment. Beware, it has flashy decor but underneath is poor management and constant disappointment.

My family and I love living here. Beautiful views and a wonderful community. Plus the cherry creek trail and Bull n Bush are close by! Kaleya, Daniel, Sierra and Kimberly and I know I am missing a few are absolutely amazing and make living here even more enjoyable! I wish maintenance was more on top of things but I have hopes it will get better.

This is not a luxury apartment they just try to look that way. So if you like few working slow elevators, no service and old appliances go ahead the location is great.

Don’t waste your money with greystar. There are much better options out there. If you have any kind of standards this place is not for you. It’s way over priced for what you get. Pay attention to the details and smell of this building.

4550Cherry Creek is a gem. Though it is an older building, it was built with the very best construction materials and far exceeds the quality of new Cherry Creek area apartments. The building has people constantly cleaning the common areas. Daniel takes super care of visitors. Most importantly, everyone has a smile on their faces. The residents are super friendly, too. It really feels like a community.

4550 has been a fantastic experience so far! The building is beautiful and the amenities are terrific. HIGH TURNOVER STAFF: Don't Expect Good Service or Management

Please be careful leasing here. Right now the management is AWFUL. Don't expect to get consistent good concierge service, friendly office staff, working elevators, or friendly maintenance (the new kid right now has the worst attitude ever and even talks badly about the residents right in front of them in the elevator! So unprofessional.) We LOVE the building, and love our apartment- but that's where it stops. When we first moved in 2 years ago during COVID the service was actually great. They had 2 GREAT concierge at the time and a really friendly and helpful office staff. THEN THE ELEVATORS flooded and were down for soooo long through Christmas! This put everyone who lived here and worked here under great stress. It was totally NOT SAFE being in a high rise apartment during COVID in those conditions. Both concierge quit, office staff quit. We couldn't get our food and packages delivered. It all went downhill from there. There is such HIGH TURNOVER ever since in the staff. We had hope when Conner was our concierge, but he didn't last long. Now we're back to little and bad staff. Danielle the leasing agent quit apparently now (which is great because she had the worst attitude ever), but now we have no one down there. Today I was helping a delivery man get in the building and trying to help him find the apartment he needed. No one was in the office this morning and no concierge. Surprise surprise- not really - it's the norm here. Even the cleaning lady would be better as our office staff or concierge. She's the only one down there who is helpful and polite. I had a gentleman picking up some donations from me this afternoon and when he got up to my door he was so exasperated because he said he stood there forever and the female concierge didn't even acknowledge him and kept talking on the phone. And now today the elevators are messed up AGAIN. Who knows what's wrong with them. They've never been right since the repairs. I feel so bad for all the delivery drivers who are trying to deliver groceries and can't get any help. We're just FED UP with this. Management does nothing about it. So we're left to leave bad reviews and be forced to move this year even though we LOVE our home apartment and our view. It's just such pathetic management.

DO NOT live here! Save your money and time, the building is old, the staff is rude and not communicative, the maintenance requests don’t get completed, and the garage is not safe for your car with multiple break ins while living there. Save yourself the trouble.

Management does not keep up its end of any agreement while still requiring you to keep up yours. Will I be discounted on my parking this month? I pay for "secured parking," but with the gate stuck open for anyone to just come and go, once again, I am not getting what I paid for. Just like when I had no A/C for over 5 months and was never compensated for that either.

The building and amenities are fantastic. Move in was ok, but we still don’t have fully functioning appliances in our kitchen and some things were not cleaned very well.. we don’t have a renovated unit either, but we were willing to take it as we loved the building

4550 Cherry Creek is one of the best-kept properties (and staffed with friendly and helpful people!) I looked at when renting ... and obviously I decided to live here. I moved from downtown and the walkability is very comparable, with the trail right outside the door and almost everything you need regularly (Target, King Soopers) only a couple blocks away. I'm very happy to be here!

My husband and I have enjoyed living at 4550 Cherry Creek for the past eight months. The management and maintenance staff members are courteous and polite, professional and promptly attentive. At a time when taking on qualified employees is a challenge, the staff at 4550 has carried on dutifully and always with a smile. The common areas of the property are beautifully appointed and maintained, with multiple spaces for recreation, exercise, or work-from-home. The building's proximity to Cherry Creek Mall and downtown while at the same time bordering scenic Cherry Creek walking trails flanked by natural areas make living at 4550 both a convenience and a pleasure. And there's a bonus: west-facing apartments feature a panoramic view of the Rockies' Front Range.

Looks nice at face value, but lower quality than expected and paid for. Poor security of gated garage - my locked bike was stolen and I was told "it happens a lot." Decent views and not much else. I recommend looking elsewhere.

While looking for a place to live with my wife and dog, we had distinct needs of a home office and room. This apartment has met all of those and more. If you are like me, you look up reviews online. Let me tell you, my experience has been NOTHING like the negative ones. The new management group, and more importantly TEAM are great and I feel like I get to come home to a personalized hotel every day. Things happen in life, people complain, but context it king.

Ask to see the floors not on the tour. Especially 1-4. Inspect the security doors leading to the garage. Ask why there are broken items like the front door not fixed. Ask about the frequency of concierge being staffed or replaced. Ask about elevator issues. Ask about frequent flooding. Look into all these items and ask yourself if you think the monthly cost is actually worth it.

I really enjoy living here, It is very quiet. The concrete walls between units as well as floors and ceilings make for a quiet living space. The staff is impeccable. I love it here. 6/5 stars!!!! :)

Horrible in every aspect. Advise anyone NOT TO MOVE HERE. No heat, no water multiple occasions for days. Tons of units flooded. No elevators for over a month. Dirty building. Amenities constantly closed. The most rude nasty general manager. Constant loud construction through out building. place has been pretty much uninhabitable and a nightmare.

If youd like being told when and where you can throughout your garbage if youd like being told incessant rules and so you were in prison move here. The staff here will treat you with contempt. However the maintenance team and the security team are wonderful people and enjoy working with us.

Overall my experience has been ok. It's definitely not what you'd expect with a luxury living location. The noise and cleanliness of the hallways and garage need improvement.

Thus place us bad. Heat constantly not working, 3rd time my heatcand water has gone out not working for days. Management is very impersonal & doesn't interact with residents. This place overall is a mess, nothing works and its constantly dirty throughout building and amenities.

Go somewhere else

There are plenty of other places in the same price range that are significantly better options. I had multiple service requests take three weeks to repair, they have shut off the water with no message out that it is happening or eta for when it will be back on. I understand emergency repairs but to just not acknowledge that there is no water is irresponsible. With the heat being tied to the water it impacts the temperature in the apartment. I've lived here 4 months and have regretted moving here every single month. Other residents don't pick up after their dogs on the apartment property and so you have to carry a flashlight at night to ensure you aren't stepping in that. I've seen police or fire here at least 6 times. I should have looked at more places and was drawn to the floor plans here. Biggest mistake.

This place is a DISASTER! Over priced DOG Pound smells like marijuana in halls and elevator. People often do not wear masks. Trash chute always close down. GROSS!
