I have loved everything so far especially the front desk staff, Marcus and Sabrina really go out of their way to make you feel welcome!!!!!!

This is a great building with great staff running it. The amenities are good, staff members take care in organizing events and creating a good community. Front desk staff are incredible.

I love living at 450K. The building is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s truly become my home and I couldn’t be happier here.

The front desk staff in 450K is so helpful and sweet! We have been very happy with our apartment and any issues have been quickly resolved quickly.

So far the past year and a half living in this apartment has been absolutely amazing! The staff have been so generous and kind with any issues we’ve been having, if we have any.

Moved in 6 months ago and so far so good, maintenance has been responsive and the amenities are nice. Plenty of resident events to get to k ow your neighbors which is a plus.

I love living here! Whenever I have friends over, they always rave about how nicely maintained the building is and how friendly the concierge staff is. I’m happy to call 450K home.

I love living at 450k. The concierge is always friendly, the lobby is always clean, and the building smells nice (resembles a hotel). The amenities are great- I always use the gym and coffee machine and will use the pool when it’s hot.

I had a great experience moving in here. Everyone who works at the building has been incredibly kind and I am overall so happy to be living here.

Just moved in recently, but so far, it's great! The concierge and maintenance are so sweet and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is to make sure they don't schedule your move-in time for the same time as trash pickup (Monday and Wednesday mornings)!

I've lived in 450K now for 5 years in two different units. It has been the best apartment living experience I have ever had. Many other residents have lived here for a long time too. The neighborhood is wonderful and feels residential even when being in the heart of the city. There are always new restaurants and shops opening nearby, and the Saturday farmers market is right near the building. You cannot beat the location in D.C. as you're close to Union Station, DCA airport, Metro stations w/ 2- with 3 lines, and CityCenter. The building amenities are great- with the rooftop views being the star of the show! The leasing office/staff have created a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment and you can see that translate into a wonderful community amongst the residents. There are constantly new and innovative resident events planned by the staff. Maintenance staff is 10/10 and always super responsive to issues. Can't recommend 405K enough if you're looking to live downtown!

While I enjoy my apartment and facilities of the building, since I moved in, I have encountered staff that does not understand that I live in 450k and it is really frustrating and annoying. As an example, just this morning on 7/4, I was told by the front desk person when my husband and I went to pickup our 4th of July wristbands that I was not able to get one because I don't live here - and that he had been specifically TOLD by someone to not let an 11th floor resident with a "girlfriend" pickup a wristband. Not only am I said resident's wife, I live here, in the same unit as my husband. My name is also on the lease, I have my own key to our apartment, and I am entitled to not be treated as if I'm infringing on building rules, especially when I am paying a LOT of money to live here as a co-leasee. This is just one example. It would be great if someone could tell the staff to stop treating me as an outsider or non-resident because it is unprofessional and frankly the staff is wrong.

So far it has been a great experience moving to 450K. The concierge and leasing office have been so helpful and supportive. I truly feel like I found my new home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at 450K. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and they host so many unique and fun community events. This is the best property I’ve lived in this far.

I recently got a puppy, and the building is so dog friendly! The staff all love her because they give her treats every time :) I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and I have nothing but good things to say!

450K has been my DC home for the past 6 years and for good reason. From our thoughtful and responsive management team to the solid amenities, quality of construction, and location, 450K is hard to beat for overall experience. I've yet to speak to a current or former resident that doesn't have great things to say!

Always love the interactions I have here. No complaints and the area is clean, safe and welcoming. Would highly suggest moving here to anyone

I love 450k staff ! They are always so friendly and ready to help. I love the parties and gathering that they prepare so we can make friends and feel part of the community.

Upkeep for this building is very good, sometimes too good as there's maintenance nearly every month. Staff is friendly & helpful, except when you have a noise complaint outside of quiet hours (11pm-8am). There's increasingly more noise from tenants, because students can't seem to grasp that this building is not a dorm/frat and there is a courtesy to other neighbors to refrain from loud conversation or screaming in hallways during the day or after midnight. Also, loud music or TV blasting in their bedroom that can be heard in adjacent units. But most egregiously, this building had 4 total power shutdowns in the past 8 months to restart central air because a few units complained that their a/c stopped working. The recent 2 power outages occurred during NORMAL WORK HOURS when people work from home! Power outages interrupt Wifi. I missed 8 mins of a critical camera-on virtual meeting with executive partners of my office! AND we only got 1-3 hours warning before each shutdown! Unacceptable!

Beautiful property with great amenities, including many thoughtful, little extras. The concierge and management staff are excellent and go out of their way to be helpful. Very secure, safe building. I recently left, due to relocation, but truly enjoyed my experience at 450K!

Fantastic building, really receptive towards your needs and very friendly people. Amenities are really nice and kept really well, there's also lots of fun events for residents and pets.

So far so good! Move in and leasing was a breeze. There haven’t been any major issues with the place and maintenance has quickly fixed the minor issues I’ve had.

Greatest place to live in DC for students attending Georgetown Law. Lots of restaurants nearby, too! Customer service is superb. I love 450 K!

I’ve loved living here! Everyone who works here is so nice, and they really make it feel like home. I rented the rooftop penthouse area for my birthday party, and it was the absolute perfect space. The walls are really thick too because I’ve never heard any of my neighbors! I really recommend 450K.

The concierges are all amazing and so friendly! The location is great. The leasing process was easy. The amenities are nice. I only wish I had a bathtub! Other than that, I’m glad to be here!

I've been living at 450K almost 4 months now, and I would have to say that it has been a great experience. The common areas are kept immaculately clean. I've had a couple of small repair requests, and they have been attended to almost immediately by Kevin and Joseph. The staff, including Marcus and Sabrina at the concierge desk and Jordan, Lizzy, and Morgan (who has moved up in the ranks) at the leasing office are always friendly. I enjoy greeting them during the day as I come and go. Significantly for me, the location of 450K is near perfect. Part of the reason I moved to DC was to live car-free. There are many services, like a Safeway grocery store and a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. More grocery stores, like Giant Foods and Trader Joe’s, and DC’s flagship REI are a short bike ride away. I can get to the National Mall and the museums there in about 12 minutes on my bike. Things could hardly have worked out better for me.

450 is a fabulous community, everyone is friendly and eager to help and the amenities are great! They recently updated the furniture in the rooftop and it's even nice to hangout in.

Recently moved to 450K from another Bozutto property and I love it here. The leasing staff is friendly, the concierge staff (especially Sabrina) is so helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to complete requests. I have nothing but positive things to say. The location is also amazing with tons of restaurants near by.

people here are amazing, its safe, love my apartment and it is quiet. could not recommend it more. Plus, the amenities are a great added bonus

Happy to continue living in this building community. Really appreciate the hosted events and email announcements from management regarding safety, noise, and apartment maintenance. Some front door staff are beyond amazing (shoutout to Lionel!) while some newer ones could be more engaging with the residents. Access to food in the neighborhood remains great despite a couple of recent closures, though police presence has increased in the area perhaps in response to isolated safety incidents. Overall still a wonderful place to live.

450K is the best! The amenities are great and apartments are really nice but the best part is the staff. All the concierges really make this building feel like home.

Best place to live in DC. Close to the law school, restaurants, entertainment, and a nice walk to the National Mall. Everything is well maintained.

We’re new to 450K, and Bozutto as a management company, but so far our experience has been great! The staff and neighbors are the best; everyone has been friendly and welcoming. We love the amenities and that the building is well maintained.

Our experience with the staff at 450K has been nothing short of exceptional. The concierge team--Marlene, Marcus, Sabrina, and Jordan, to name just a few--is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the residents, making what might otherwise feel like any other apartment building genuinely feel like home. The cleaning team is no exception to this; despite their busy schedules, they always take the time to greet residents in the hallways, and we've had so many great chats with Celia over the months we've lived here. Though we will unfortunately be moving at the end of our lease, we will never forget the interactions we've had with the incredible staff at 450K.

I love 450 K. The amenities are amazing, and the building feels so clean. All of the workers are so kind and it feels like such a safe a welcoming environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Mt. Vernon area.
