Located on Market St, close to Monument Circle, the convention center, and Lucas Oil Stadium, you won’t find a better spot. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are available for additional fees. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.3 miles away, Phoenix Theatre is 0.5 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.5 miles away. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
