A short drive to all Colorado Springs has to offer, like the Olympic Training Center, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Seven Falls, and more. The kitchen, bathrooms, and basement have been fully remodeled to meet the needs of contemporary guests without detracting from the charm of many of the original finishes in this 4 bedroom and 1 and 3/4 bathroom home. The back yard area is great for family gatherings, with full lounge seating around a gas fire pit, and even stone seating around a wood-burning fire pit. There is also a tall standing propane heater and a large gas grill for hot appetizers and cocktails as you entertain under twinkling lights, or a s'more night with the kids.
