About This Home
2 BR, 1 Bath, EIK, LR, DR – JUST UPDATED ***AVAILABLE JANUARY 1st *** Lease term negotiable: 6 months or longer. We think there is some good karma with this apartment. Our tenants seem to find their dream job, find their dream spouse, or find out how to get pregnant while living here. Some did all three. The apartment for lease is the 1st floor of a two family in Newton Corner between Oak Square (Brighton) and Exit 127 on the Mass Pike (formerly Exit 17). Great layout with lots of light, warm hardwood floors, lots of storage, clean basement storage, new bathroom, and new kitchen appliances. We lived here for several years and loved the location and functional layout. - EIK with - New Refrigerator (with icemaker) - New Gas range/stove - Dishwasher / Disposal - Pantry with built in desk - Plenty of dry, clean basement storage - Washer and dryer (not just hookups!) - 2 off street parking spaces - Brick patio for BBQ (shared with your upstairs neighbor) - Approximately 1200 sq ft The 504 (express bus) is 3 blocks away and the 501 (express) and 57 stop across the street – it’s a short ride into downtown or to Fenway to catch a Sox game. Please include the word “karma” in your response so we know you’re not a robot. We do NOT charge or pay broker fees. NO pets (allergies). Lease term negotiable: 6 months or longer, $2950

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
