This apartment is truly in the heart of downtown and all it has to offer. This stand-alone apartment has no adjacent neighbors and ample close parking. Features include central air conditioning, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer in the laundry room, jacuzzi tub with shower. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet and countertop space as well as a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Cable TV, high speed internet, water, and trash are included in the rental price.
