Water/sewer/trash/recycling is billed at a flat-rate $70 per tenant per quarter. Landlord provides lawn care and snow removal. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed.
