Two bedroom apartment in Broadmoor. INCLUDES UTILITIES! (water, electric, gas and trash) The whole house has been newly renovated and the bathroom in this apartment is gorgeous! Please see pictures. This unit also has a washer and dryer installed and the front door has a digital keypad and peep hole tv that takes and stores pictures. The second bedroom has it's own door to the outside and a private patio/garden area. There is a large gated backyard area and plenty of parking on the street. Beautiful neighborhood, too. Must see! We are pet friendly.
