Both bedrooms are carpeted and are located on the upper level have oversized closets and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs. There is additional storage space in a hallway closet. There is a full size washer and dryer in this home, along with an attached 2 car garage. The house is heated and cooled through central air. This location is off the main road and faces a 10 acre park. You’ll have access to the community pool and tennis courts. Perfectly located for travel to the mountains or downtown Denver including light rail stations available nearby. Green Mountain Park is not far away and provides extensive trails and wildlife viewing opportunities. Just a few blocks from many dining options and Colorado Mills shopping area is just a few miles away. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information if credit score is improved to 640+. *Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement. *No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed. * Unrelated parties over the age of 18 (roommates) must qualify separately with an income of at least two times (2x) rent for EACH roommate, e.g., two (2) roommates must have a combined income of four times (4x) the monthly rent.
