Fully landscaped yard includes a large outdoor seating area great for entertaining and a small garden area if you have a green thumb! The yard is irrigated in the summer and is maintained professionally! The Studio has a separate entrance from the exterior on the lower level and direct indoor access from the garage. 1st month rent, last month rent and $700 security deposit and $300 non refundable fee of $300 due at signing. Price is Based on One Adult in Household Rent includes electricity, water, sewer and garbage Power is based on prorated amount by use. Average for the Studio is $75 per month, that is included in the rent. Cable and internet by Tenant. Application Fee: $50 per Adult 18yrs. and Older. Multiple Applications will be taken Qualifications - $45,000/year minimum income, we cannot accept recent evictions, late payments, or felonies. Tenant understands that further exterior and interior building repairs may be taking place that workers, contractors and they may require access on premises to do such repairs and maintenance of the building and grounds with notifications to tenant per lease. We do not allow pets, except as required by law. If a pet is a registered service animal, proper documentation must be provided at the time the application is received. If a pet is considered an emotional support animal, a doctor's note from a licensed medical professional that is considered capable to deem such animal as an emotional support animal, will be required at the time the application is received. Such doctor's note deeming an animal an emotional support animal must state that the Applicant has a medical condition that can be alleviated with such emotional support animal. Tenant shall obtain a renter’s insurance policy and submit a “paid-in full” receipt to Owner upon entering into Rental Agreement.
