PPL’s Affordable Housing is for households earning 60% of the Area Median Income or below, as set by government entities. PPL’s rental rates are typically lower than the market and are also governed by public entities. What is Supportive Housing? Supportive Housing combines rental subsidy with support services to help people who earn less than 30% of the Area Median Income and face complex challenges, including homelessness, disability, chemical dependency, or criminal background. Referrals for Supportive Housing are taken from Coordinated Entry in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.
