Feel at home in this charming, vintage-style beach cabana located in West Seattle, offering a private apartment with a kitchenette and a private bath. This unique rental is situated behind the owner's main house and requires descending a flight of stairs to access. This cozy cabana is fully furnished for one adult, featuring a full-size bed, a loveseat, two desks, linens, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and toaster oven, along with plates, dishes, and pots & pans. Please note, there is no kitchen fan, dishwasher, or garbage disposal. Free parking is available in the driveway for one car, and a free shared washer and dryer are provided in the main house. Weekly cleaning services are available for an additional $100 per week. Perfectly located near Lincoln Park and Lowman Beach, this cabana offers easy access to the waterfront. Enjoy scenic walks along the sea wall or explore the nearby hills through old-growth forests. You might even spot harbor seals, otters, dolphins, or whales. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and fire-free venue.
