Looking for a roommate (preferably female) to rent 1 BR in this 2 BR condo in Glover Park for a 1-year lease. The room is available now for rent. The condo is in the process of being furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. 1 utility that is not included in rent price is cable/internet (split between 2), which would be in addition to the $1250/month rent. Great location in Glover Park and very close to Georgetown University (20 min walk)! The building is called Phylmar Plaza. About me/the roommate: I am a late twenties female working professional who is very clean and like my home to be a relaxing space. I am looking for a roommate who is similar age/lifestyle, working professional or graduate student who is generally considerate, respectful and clean. I am usually very low key during the work week and like to go out on weekends but not to bring the party home.
