The space is adorned with golden chandeliers, original art, and eclectic decor. A wet bar, full-size refrigerator, and coffee bar are available for your convenience. The apartment faces west, offering spectacular sunset views, and includes a small meal prep area with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher for light meal preparation. Guests can order a charcuterie box from Charcuterie by Annalise with two days' notice for $75 or $65 for a vegetarian option. Additionally, single or couples massages are available on-site or across the street at Alki View Massage. Late check-out is available for $25 an hour with 24 hours' notice, provided no other guests are checking in that day. Located just a stone's throw from the beach, this penthouse offers easy access to beach activities such as kayaking, canoeing, crabbing, and fishing. Enjoy the vibrant neighborhood with scooters and bikes for rent in the summer, and explore nearby restaurants along Alki Beach. The balcony provides a perfect vantage point to watch marine traffic and wildlife, including harbor seals, sea otters, eagles, and orca whales. This property is not suitable for children and is a human-only home due to severe allergies.
