Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered with full names and ID. A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation to cover accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
