All guests must be registered with full names and ID. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
