We love living at 4 Corners! They have many great amenities, and more to come! Always plenty of parking. Overall, our experience has been great!
I have lived here for 5 years, I love my apartment. The office staff is nice and the Manager is so nice and professional! I love the area. You won’t go wrong call 4 corners home!!!

It's been great under the current/new management. They have really done a lot of good things for the complex in a short time and the complex as a whole looks a lot better. Of course there are problems every now and then but they're fixed pretty quickly. The front office people are really nice too.

Management is poor maintenance is poor I would not recommend anyone moving into for your apartment and I am trying to move out as fast as possible

4Corners Apartments in Frisco Tx. is a great place to live. Lots of great amenities such as, work out room, resort style swimming pool, easy access to restaurants, shops, fitness center and access to Wood family dog park, splash pad, and trials in McCord park! They offer garages too if needed, and also have two dog parks inside the complex one for little dogs and one for bigger dogs too!

I really enjoy living here. I've seen major improvements on this property since Willow Bridge has taken over 4 Corners Apartments! They are working hard on dealing with all the trash issues and actually doing something about it! I love the amenities the property has to offer such as exercise room, nice pool, trails you can walk in McCord Park, dog parks, splash pad, playgrounds and lots of restaurants and bars, and movie theaters in walking distance! Love the special events that the property has for its residents too! Love the competitive pricing of the apartments too! Good value for your buck! All in all its a great place to live! Love living here and can't wait to renew my lease again with 4 Corners Apartments!

I actually applied with this property because it was closer to my place of employment and the price. When I stepped into my apartment, for the first time, I was stunned! I love the use of the space provided and the amenities! Gorgeous fixtures and new appliances! Nicer than my previous place! So far, I'm really happy with the place and the staff is amazing!

My unit is nice. We have new management & staff again so I am hoping the transition will get better. New residents have come in and are leaving trash which is very disappointing. I hope this doesn’t ruin my dwelling while here.

All stairs are very dirty too much stains . bad smelling . drive ways haven't good concrete . I should to pay more attention on the 1st visiting for all of this issues.

I Love my apartment and the view is breathtaking!! I have lived here for going on 5 years. Only thing is neighbors are loud. The office staff are Awesome!! Make this your home if you want a nice apartment home.

Its been a mostly good experience with the leasing company. The residents don't respect the rules here, some of them throw their trash everywhere, and almost no one cleans up after their dog. Very unfortunate, because they have a great floorplan, garages, good location, and good schools. The trash situation is out of hand.

Although all of a sudden the way to pay rent changed right after I moved in, and could not figure it out and when I asked they office about 6 times, they just kept saying it walks me through. It would have been nice to be told what company to go to to pay it. I got 3 answers of different companies/apps to go on to pay. It was a mess. Also, there is always trash in my hallway. And it’s not during trash valet times.

Pretty good for a starter apartment. Luckily we haven’t had any major issues. However the gates are always broken and never seem to be fixed. And the breezeways are quite filthy. The gym never seems like it’s cleaned. Wish there was a way to fix these issues.

Love it here. The leasing office response quick than a turtle. It a great community with those neighborhood also a great places nearby stores and etc..

My family and I we are happy, it's a nice quiet place to live, close to everything. The only thing I unhappy its the trash on weekends. That es awful.

It is a safe place and the staff is great as is the maintenance. I would like them to improve by fixing the lights in the buildings, to make new options of parking, to clean clean and whitening the stairs and motivating residents to respect the stop sign next to building 2 and all the stop signs.

The property could look better, The concrete is the worst, They don’t interact much with the residents like my old apartments. I’ve lived here 2 years & this is my last. They change management & staff a lot. The new & old company does fix things inside the unit. I’ll give them that much, Fairly quickly too. The grounds could look better there’s barely grass. It’s more weeds than anything. They need to paint the property, oh & the trash over here is a nightmare. 1 trash compactor for this huge complex is insane. The best thing about these apartments is the location. Happy Renting!

I love living @ 4Corners Apartments! They have lots of amenities, McCord Park with access to trails, dog parks, splash pad, beautiful apartment community pool and excerise room etc.

The apartment amenities are not the greatest, as in club house, no pool table etc, but the location is amazing w the views and access to the trails and parks.

Good locality near by India bazaar, Walmart, Braums, and Harelli super markets Hotels and restaurants are near by this apartments. Bank of America is walkable distances and sai baba temple also walkable distances.

I have 8 months of resident in this property, it is a beautiful complex but somewhat neglected, they take too long to respond to the reports and repairs in the apartments, two weeks ago I reported the dishwasher and the air filters in 8 months they have not been replaced, but for the collection of the rent they are super punctual, my contract ends in 4 months and I will think about renewing it.

Trash is all over the place. Grass is gross and not kept nicely. Dog park is laughable. Lawn service “mows” nearly everyday just making noise, not actually doing much. Staff is highly unresponsive. No perks for long time residents. Residents are in the apartments for one year. They get people in with low rent offers and raise the rent to rates that are too high, especially with the lack of unkept common areas. Common drive areas are cracked, leaving large bumps that are terrible on vehicles.

The common areas are filled with dog poop. Trash is left out at the bottom of the stairs. Smoking inside apartments filters through the vents.
