Great Experience at 3900 Monument
My wife and I lived at 3900 Monument for over 2 years and had a great experience. The units are updated and maintained extremely well, the staff was top-tier, and there was always an easy line of communication between management and residents. Any time there was a maintenance request, we had someone at our door within hours. After living in many different apartments for years, I can confidently say the team at 3900/RVA Apartment exceeded our expectations and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend anyone in the Richmond area look here if at all possible.
