Charming send floor apartment directly across the street from the Winthrop Middle School / High School. A very large back yard and use of a deck makes this a great place to enjoy the outside. Large bedrooms and a very large dining kitchen area. There are two tandem parking spots in the driveway. Tenants have use of the laundry in the basement as well as some additional storage.
