The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 361 State
I lived here almost a year, upon moving in I noticed rat poop and tears in my food. I put out traps after trying to get the landlord to do it, caught multiple baby mice because of this extremely large hole in the wall behind the sink that was covered with like cardboard. Under the sink was falling apart, leaks in my light fixtures from upstairs apt. Unless you’re in a pinch, this place will not make you happy.
This property does not care about anything but money. The owner is a joke! The properties are sub-par at best… trying to get anything done is like pulling teeth! Good luck being happy if you want to live here…
I am a new resident and I am amazed by the historic concept that this apartment has. The building has preserved it's historic artifacts (thankfully) and has not renovated (thankfully) the building which allows the old unique architecture to give off the "Old New York" style, with find woods, historic tiles, and 1900's design. The location is phenomenal, located blocks away from the capitol buildings, restaurants, shops, stores, and parks, almost everything can be achieved by two feet. The community is wonderful, very diverse as people from all different places are down and up the streets. And finally, the leasing department is excellent, easy-going, kind, and takes care of your every need. I have not had such an easy move in like this in YEARS!
