Beautiful apartment in great location near the University of Utah. What others have loved about the apartment is the nice large kitchen with granite counter tops that is easy to cook in, free non coin-op washer and dryer in the hallway just outside of your back door and free high speed internet available in the building, laminate floors that are easy to clean, plenty of windows that have sunny rooms with lots of sunshine unless you use the black-out blinds that give plenty of privacy, swamp cooler air conditioning, newer stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The furnishings include a granite-top dining room table and chairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The Furnishings make you feel right at home. No smoking is allowed. On street parking. Water, sewer, garbage, is included in the rental amenity fee of $101 per person in the apartment. Renters sign up for electric bill.
