We absolutely love it here! Excellent location because it’s close to everything we need yet it gives a private community feel. The stall is excellent and responsive and very engaged in keeping the property clean and safe. The amenities are great including free parking and valet trash service! If you are searching for apartment living that feels like home, please check out 3500 West View. You will not be disappointed.
We moved here 1 year ago and have found it perfect to meet our needs. Very well managed; responsive to our needs; clean and maintained, rules are enforced which makes living here good for all residents.

Living at 3500 West View has been a wonderful experience. We enjoy the amenities, our neighbors, it's a quite building, the staff is excellent friendly We land available. If any issues come up, The staff and manager Rachael takes care of The building. The owner cares for his property and the residents that occupy it. We love how clean the building is, the outside of it as well. The events every month allows us to interact and meet our neighbors. It's a true pleasure to live here. 3500 West View is a wonderful apartment complex to live at. It's beautiful, very clean and the staff are very accesible. They are very polite, friendly and take good care of the building, especially any situation that may arise with a new construction building f. I was coming from a challenging previous apartment situation and 3500 Westview couldn’t have made it easier to move, the space is excellent, but mostly I’m impressed with the leasing staff and maintenance team being responsive, friendly, and helpful.

I absolutely love living here - the building itself is beautiful, the lobby and the rest of the building looks like a hotel inside. It is truly luxury living. The units are all up to date, with new appliances and beautiful structures. The amenities are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. I love it here!

Every aspect of 3500 West View has exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail is impressive. The smallest things like every screw head facing the same direction on every electrical and switch face plate is an indicator as to how much care went into finishing these living spaces. The staff are incredible. They work great together and were so accommodating to me and my move in process. Thank you all very much for a great experience.

3500 West View is a beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Short Pump area, but conveniently close to everything! The aesthetics of the property, the amazing amenities, the great staff, and the community make living there so worth it. So happy 3500 West View exists!

The most beautiful property I’ve lived at! Plenty of parking! Great amenities! One of my favorite things about this property is the spacious hallways! Made it a breeze to move in without feeling like you’re going to hit a wall. Staff is courteous and always professional.
