About 3408 Park Ave Richmond, VA 23221
My husband and I are looking for someone to take over the lease for our Museum District apartment ASAP. We are sad to let this place go! Two spacious bedrooms with closets and ceiling fans in each, jack-and-jill style bathroom, very large living room with closet, kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Private patio overlooking back of unit. We are happy to leave our patio furniture and plants for the next tenants if you would like :). Block is quiet and street parking is always easily available. Walking distance to Carytown, North End Juice Co, Banditos, Little Saint, and tons of other local spots. Building is historic Tudor style and absolutely gorgeous. Pet friendly. $1,350/month plus valet trash, utilities, power, etc. Current lease ends June 2019 with option to renew.
