About This Property

This unit (behind the house) was specifically designed for the traveling professional in mind. It provides temporary, furnished, fully stocked living arrangements. You only need to bring your clothes and electronics! There are enough supplies to get you started & make it through the first week or so. None of your space is shared except the firepit. The owner lives in the main house (onsite).Parking, entrance, yard - all your own. The monthly price of $1500 covers bi-weekly housekeeping and yard maintenance. Please no parties/events. NO SMOKING/VAPING OR ANIMALS WITHIN 500 FT OF PROPERTY. Background/credit check will be required. Application fee of $49 will be added to the 1st months lease.
