As well as being close to Kennedy Powell, Lamar Middle School and Temple High School. The highway is easily accessible which makes for a quick commute. We have an on-line application process. We do check for criminal history, rental history, verify jobs and income, and check credit. Income must be 3 x rent. Monthly rent is 1,295 with security deposit of 1,295 as well.
