At the end of the day, enjoy your favorite shows on Apple TV on the three large TVs. Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation and pick up any waste, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees.
