A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by parties or smoking. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed, and washcloths are not provided.
