A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, covering accidental property damage for peace of mind during your stay. However, it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed.
