As you enter through the front door of this townhome, you'll immediately notice the beautiful hardwood floors, bright white walls, and tall ceilings. There is a living room and dining nook on the main level, that flows back into the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with upscale, stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge, gas range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a TV mounted on the wall for tenant use and a countertop with room for bar stools. There is plenty of closet and pantry space for storage. Upstairs, you will find 2 well appointed bedrooms. The master, on the right, has access to a front facing balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite 5-piece bathroom. There is another bedroom down the hallway with a bathroom in the hall. The washing machine and dryer are located between the two bedrooms. The basement has additional storage, as well as a large open space perfect for an entertainment room. There is also a 3rd bedroom in the basement with an oversized closet, as well as another full bathroom. The backyard is fully fitted with turf for easy maintenance and comes complete with patio furniture left by the owner for the tenant's use. There is a detached 2-car garage and the home is cooled by central A/C. This townhome is located just off Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and offers the privacies of a single-family home while in close proximity to downtown Denver, and the parks, trails, dining, and shops of 29th Avenue Square & recreation center.
