An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The garage is remodeled as a media room. It is also 21 miles from ATT Stadium and Six Flags, and only 11 miles out from Downtown Dallas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house to respect your privacy. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for those who need to work from home. A laptop computer is not included.
