The apartment has one full bathroom, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and everything will be professionally cleaned prior to move in. It includes original hard wood floors, washer dryer in unit, it is walking distance to Doolittle Park, the center of town with plenty of restaurants, bars, public library and more. It is a short drive to a Dunkin’ Donuts before work, a gym with a produce store right next to it. There is a Walgreens within a 5 minute drive for late night necessities. It is conveniently located about 20 minutes from New Haven and just under 30 minutes to Hartford. Right down the street is the Wallingford Train Station which can take you to either major city or connect to New Haven to get to NY or even MA. Water and curbside trash and recycling service is included. Utilities such as gas and electricity are up to the tenant. Attic storage is available, a pantry, along with two general closets one in the living room and one in the hallway. Each bedroom has its own closet and there is storage space in the bathroom for towels and other toiletries. First, last, and security deposit are required prior to move in. To secure the apartment, only a security deposit will be required. Life happens and if plans change, as long as new tenants are found before the agreed upon move in date, the security deposit can be fully refundable. Before or on the agreed upon move in date, first and last month's rent are due. For move-out, the last month will be paid already and nothing will be due for the last month and security deposit will be mailed or handed back in the form of a check after a walk through.
A walk through will take place before move-in and after move-out.
