We're seeking a 12-month lease and the rent is $3,360/month + utilities (electric and internet) Highlights: - Private, off street parking behind a secure garage door that is accessible from the alley behind the house - Private back deck perfect for grilling, a small table, or outdoor item storage - Private, small backyard off the back porch that is completely fenced in and great for pets. - Additional backyard space shared with two other condo owners - Private front porch that can fit several chairs, plants, and other décor - In-unit electric clothes washer/dryer - Large kitchen with large fridge, gas range, stainless steel sink, dish washer, and massive pantry - Large "Harry Potter" storage closet for all your cleaning supplies, Costco items, suitcases, and seasonal stuff - Central heating and AC via electric heat pump system - Hardwood floors throughout and exposed brick accent walls - Primary bedroom: 2 large closets, large windows looking into the backyard, and in-suite bathroom equipped with walk-in shower.
