If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. A lost FOB/Access Card replacement costs $250. A replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. Parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
