Spacious apartment for rent near downtown Boulder. Subleasing a 1,100 sq. ft. apartment in a historic Boulder home. Lease runs through June 2024, with option to renew. Monthly rent is $2390 plus utilities. The space is bright and open, with lots of windows and hardwood flooring. The appliances are new, and the in-unit washer is excellent with energy-efficient dryer. There is no ac, but the house stayed cool with so many windows and utilizing the blinds. Unit thermostat kept house cozy in colder months, and the fireplace was wonderful. It has ample storage space including a walk-in closet, plus front and back patios. The location is unbeatable. My partner and I often walked to downtown Boulder for nights out, or to Beleza/Moe’s for breakfast. We had several picnics at North Boulder Park on sunny afternoons. We both also enjoyed running up to Wonderland lake, or taking impromptu hikes up the Goat Trail to Sanitas (7 blocks west!) It has also been nice to cycle to work on the nearby paths and bike friendly streets. Listed as a 2 bed 1 bath, the space is best suited to host a couple. Ground floor comes with two parking spots, and access to yard. Outdoor patios were nice for morning coffee. Pet friendly. Nov. 1 move-in at the latest, earlier is negotiable. Message to set up a visit.
