I love 30 dalton! I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and I have never had a negative experience. Everyone who works there is so kind, always smiling and offering help. The amenities are amazing, especially the gym with the amazing view of Boylston and the Charles. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and effectively, and communal spaces are always clean. The leasing staff is also so sweet and thankful for their residents. I would 110% recommend 30 Dalton to anyone looking for a place to live in Boston.

It is a good place to live with, as it is close to the downtown of Boston. Different kinds of restaurants are available nearby. The concierge service is quick and helpful. Thanks for the efforts of the 30 Dalton tams.

We loved living at 30 Dalton for a year. It has a very high-end feel and they pay a lot of attention to the small details. The gym is great and the top-floor lounge has an amazing view. Cold brew on tap and concierge 24/7. It is slightly pricey but actually not much more than comparable options in the area. So, overall highly recommended!

I toured 30 Dalton about a month ago. The application and move in experience was very smooth and I love all of the finishes in my apartment. Great location right across from the Four Seasons and Pru and a wonderful place to live if you want easy, luxurious city living.

My husband, infant son and I loved our time at 30 Dalton. The entire staff and management team were very professional, kind, and responsive to any requests we had regarding maintenance, dog walking, dry cleaning - you name it. The units are well designed with beautiful views as well as great lighting. The building holds some fun resident events from time to to time and works hard to foster a sense of community. It’s also so nice to be walking distance to multiple grocery stores and good local restaurants. We have many fond memories of our time in this building.

Everything this building offers from the beautiful apartments to the fantastic amenities and stunning views is amazing. I have had the pleasure of living here for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The service is great and timely and the gym/lounge are perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to live in back bay. Bonus- the location is great as it is right next to the prudential center and dozens of nice restaurants.

If anyone has experienced the frustration of appliances or other items in a rental apartment that need repair only to wait for days to get a resolution, you will appreciate this review of the maintenance team at 30 Dalton. Usually within an hour or two of submitting a (non emergency) request, one or two of the excellent team is at the door to provide whatever is required. Even when that takes creative solutions, lots of effort and time, they “get it done”. While yes this residence can be more expensive than others, there are some things that are priceless.

We love the location (in Back Bay and within walking distance from Downtown) and the shared spaces (Skyline Suite, library, lobby) in our building, and we especially enjoy our floor to ceiling windows and walk-in closet! The concierges are all super friendly and helpful, and they love saying hi to our cat. The main downside is the very high rent (even for Boston), but we know we are paying for the location and convenient services. There’s also a great bakery right downstairs (Flour)!

If you're considering this, or another Buzzuto, property, you may want to be fully aware that if you encounter any challenges on property, you may hear that "amenity spaces are of no cost to you in your rent". Therefore, management takes no accountability or responsibility. In terms of their legal response to our central issue (noted below), they write the following: Pursuant to the “Community Policies and Procedures Addendum” within the lease, Tenants acknowledged and agreed that Management may add or change rules regarding amenities at the community at any time and at it’s sole discretion. As such, ownership is fully within it’s rights to “modify” it’s policies". - BE AWARE- your 20+ page lease presents no options on any of these protections they've afforded themselves, know what you're signing. After being excellent tenants for 3 years, forgiving significant challenges, from protests at Sheraton, massive construction related issues, frightening life safety concerns with the elevators, missing packages, and many others, there is a complete lack of accommodation in our desire to exit the community when they "change rules regarding amenities". If you're considering this property: 1. Valet parking- since Aug 2017 when we moved in, Valet has been plagued with issues. When we inquired about it in January of this year, the manager at that time encouraged us to hold off, citing continued challenges. 2. Elevators- Elevator issues were enormous at this property. Many excuses were provided, but very little in the way of a preventative approach was adopted. As recently as a month ago, I had to walk down 21 flights of stairs with our puppy as all elevators were out with no prior notice. 3. The building touted itself as very dog friendly, even hosting "yappy" hours, etc. When we moved in, we were told of plans for a dog park to come next door after the construction of One Dalton was complete. That was even mentioned in our first two leases. But again, "amenity spaces are of no cost to you in your rent", so that's at their discretion to change. Upon completion of One Dalton, this changed to a grassy area and tree; fine- it served the same purpose. Then about 3 months ago, signs saying "No Dogs" were posted. There has been no resolution on this, months later, as we've seen over, and over again... Our experience is that everything takes an intolerable amount of time to resolve. There is no urgency in service on the most important factors.

Paul, Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Unfortunately, One Dalton is not owned or managed by 30 Dalton. We cannot control their new policy to not allow dogs on their grass, but we did try to come to a solution with them for our furry Residents. At this time, the public space across the street remains open to pets, and we are working on our own grassy area as well. Our Community Policies will update if there is a change that needs to be made for your safety. Because of the current pandemic, we did have to change our amenities policy in order to keep our Community healthy. This was in accordance with the CDC and City policies put in place. We are extremely sorry to hear about your Valet issues. We are working on a long-term solution to help improve customer service. The elevators are extremely high-tech and only 4 years old. There are 7 points of safety in each one to ensure that if anything were to happen that you would be safe. Because it is so safe, it will stop working if it detects even the smallest issue.
