I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values their safety or personal privacy. During my time living here, I experienced multiple instances that made me feel deeply unsafe and unappreciated as a resident. The property managers were consistently unprofessional, often dismissive of serious concerns, and lacking in basic communication and respect. What was most alarming, however, was the violation of my privacy—my mail was tampered with or opened without permission on more than one occasion. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. Overall, the environment here did not feel secure, and I constantly felt like my well-being as a tenant was not a priority. If you are looking for a place where you can feel safe and respected, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I love the property but hate that the elevators don’t always work. It becomes really inconvenient when you live on the higher floors. Gate gets broken occasionally as well. Besides that, I’ve enjoyed my time here! The staff is amazing and the location and community is also amazing.
The team at Alta West Gray is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and other tenants are lovely to connect with.

I looked at several apartment complexes in the area, honestly they are very similar in amenities, size and price. The staff at Alta West Gray stood out as happy, friendly and ready to help. I walked in asked about available units and asked for immediate move in. The staff made it happen, from walking in the lobby to move in was 4 days. Alta West Gray is my home here in Houston.
The staff and management at Alta West Gray are friendly and helpful. While I have very few complaints about the complex itself, there are businesses around us that generate so much noise and late-night activity that would give me pause if asked for a recommendation or full out endorsement of the community.
The staff working at Alta West Gray have been exceptional from the first time I took the tour through to day 10 after moving in. Still they say hi and are welcoming and friendly. The property is beautiful and I love my pool facing apartment. I can open my windows at any point and hear the water fall at the pool or people chatting. I also love my suite. Everything is in excellent condition and still new as the building is relatively new.

In my second year of living at Alta West and have never had an issue. The building is very clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. When there are occasional issues with the building (elevator down, parking garage door busted) the staff is very communicative and things are typically fixed in a timely manner. For a complex so close to downtown, it’s pretty quiet, though the pool area can be a bit loud during the summer but the staff is consistent about managing the noise level. Overall my experience has been really pleasant at AWG compared to past complexes.

Tour the apartment and fell in love. The staff was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a nice affordable living space to stay here.

so when i moved in they were so patient with me and caring. especially through the pandemic. my favorite part was when i decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom they were so patient and helpful through the whole process. i love living here it is well taken of.
The new Mangement is awesome, they listen to our problems and find solutions quickly. Not only that they are very accommodating to any requests.
Terrible place to live in! I would really consider moving into this apartment complex apparently there's always criminal activity happening and I just got my wheels stolen inside the parking lot which is supposed to be gated, the manager is extremely rude and it's hard to reach corporate as well. I am very concerned by this criminal activities happening in this apartment complex and all I get is the management screaming at me telling me to relax and that this could happen anywhere, this is not the way you treat a very upset and concerned resident especially in a situation like this. I do not recommend this place! For your safety do not move in into a Alta West Gray.
I love this apartment complex. Dominique, Jasmin, and Destiny are very friendly and will go above and beyond any of your needs. The Starbucks machine in the lobby for free coffee anytime is a huge plus. I feel safe here and all the other amenities are a awesome! The people that live here are also very friendly. It feels like home and could be your next home too
I recently moved into this community and I am loving everything about it. The location and great and even better the staff is amazing. The apartments are very modern and the bluetooth speakers built-in are so different than every other place I visited during my search. I'm looking forward to my next year here!
