About This Property

Hi there! My name is Ryan and I'm the owner of 2978 Eagle Way in Boulder. I'm looking to lease out this great townhome to someone that would like a centrally located home in town with some ideal amenities. The home is two stories with two oversized bedrooms and two bathrooms (the first is a half bath located on the 1st floor and the second is the master bath on the 2nd floor). This is an end unit townhome (so only one attached neighbor) that has seem some really nice updates made to it. The kitchen has been remodeled and most recently the master bath was also redone. We also replaced all the windows and sliding glass doors this past year (2021). The home also features a back private patio, a second floor balcony of the master bedroom, views of the flatirons from the 2nd bedroom, and a wood fireplace. You'll also have access to large greenbelts between the townhomes that is available for residents.
