This is a duplex -- A furnished two bedroom one bath is available to rent to students, professionals, or gig workers who need a comfortable place to stay. The rent is $1600 a month with a safety deposit of $1000. You walk into a fun foyer area that is surrounded by greenery on the outside and lets in amazing sunlight with four windows surrounding you. The living room is equipped with a sofa and loveseat combo, a smart TV, wooden coffee table, and a cozy rug under your toes. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2021 with new cabinets, countertops, wall color, sink and refrigerator.
