It is very quiet here, we have never heard any of our neighbors and have never had any type of noise disturbances in 7 years. Past tenants have also shared: A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, close to grocery store and gas station, close to the city but far enough away to avoid traffic and the hustle/bustle, 2 car garage with room for storage, stays cool in the summer but not cold during the winter, never need to shovel snow!, nice walking/bike paths nearby, shaded patio, walk to the nice church, Liberty Common high school is across the street is ranked in the top 3 in the state, close to Fort Collins high school, the unit itself is very spacious, easy access to the city or I-25, the finished basement, utilities are very reasonable, close to large shopping complex. Owner pays for water, tenant pays gas and electric.
