All rooms are oversized and have lots of storage. There are 4 covered balconies - one in each bedroom and two in the living room. Bedrooms are split each with a bath attached and offer lots of privacy. The kitchen has a double oven, gas cooktop, wine cooler, lots of counter space, and attached dining room with fireplace. Parking is assigned, gated, and has direct access to the elevators. The State-Thomas neighborhood within Uptown is my absolute favorite neighborhood in all of Dallas! You have old-world charm with a mix of modern amenities, and all within a short walk or drive to downtown. Whole Foods, Klyde Warren Park, the McKinney Avenue Trolley, and a large selection of restaurants are all just a few blocks away. If you seek luxury and quiet living, but within an urban setting, this is absolutely the best option out there.
