It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath w washer/dryer, 2 off-street parking spots, large balcony, fireplace, access to 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis with The Village at Shirlington just down the street! - - This is a family owned condo that we eventually plan to move back into when the kids go off to college. Still have some time being they are only 4 & 7 so we have been renting this unit out for the past 8 years. We are flexible on the lease terms if you would like something shorter or longer than a year. It does not come furnished but we would consider furnishing it if preferred. - We live near by and are prompt with issues, repairs, restaurant recommendations, etc. Every tenant we have had in the past have stayed longer than planned. We will be posting more pics over the next week or so as we are just wrapping up COMPLETE renovation of the the condo. - - If you have a pet, we charge $0 monthly and/or yearly fees for you to continue to live with your four-legged family member.
