Currently, one bedroom has been converted to a dining room/office, making it the perfect apartment for a couple or working professional looking for extra space. Backyard was renovated in summer of 2022 and now includes a privacy fence and an upper level deck that is easily accessible to this unit. Yard includes a hammock and a large table perfect for outdoor game nights with friends. Located right across from the Fairgrounds, this apartment is in a safe, quiet area and within blocks of a great local coffee shop, bars and restaurants. A bit more walking takes you to a local grocery store, beautiful Bayou St. John and City Park. Major hospitals within 1-3 miles.
