Shops and restaurants are within walking distance with nearby grocery . Arboretum Arms Apartments consists of three buildings. One apartment has a flexible move-in date starting June 1, 2023; otherwise, another apartment is available for an August 15, 2023 move-in date. The rent includes water only. The apartment is set up on a budget of $100/month for common gas (heat/hot water) and common electricity. The lease term will end in August, 2024. Cats are allowed for an additional monthly fee.
